Synopsis:
To aid her destitute family in Austria, Lillia Ludwig
goes to Paris after the war to find work and falls in
with a forger. They are arrested, and the police trade
their freedom for Lillia's agreement to make love to
Prince Josef Miguel as part of a "diplomatic"
plot. Lillia successfully vamps the prince and then
falls in love with him. When Josef's father dies and
the prince is informed of his succession to the throne,
the plot thickens, but Josef has the final word: he
abdicates for his lady love.
